Shipping Fees:

We will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.

Shipping costs depend on the dimension or the weight of items, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs. As for some tiny items, the above calculation may not be that accurate, you should contact us for correct shipping cost.

We offer Free Shipping for online orders with a product subtotal of Rs 5000 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees) shipping to Indian addresses. The Free Shipping Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount. Additional shipping fees will apply for oversize or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time is estimated using our standard method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the shipping service selected, the seller's shipping history, and other factors. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

International shipping and customs:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before item's arrival at your customs location.


We offers a 30-day money-back return policy. Within 60 days of receiving the items, customers may return an order and obtain a refund. If the original parts have not been unpacked or touched or if the parts have been determined to not work as described on our website, a full refund will be awarded.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. We provide free lifetime technical support for all our products. Warranties provided are specific to each product. Warranty period, starting from the date of original purchase. If no proof of purchase (receipt or invoice of purchase) can be presented upon request, we will not be held responsible for warranty service.

2. Seller warrants to the original End User that products and any services furnished here under will be free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of delivery, and will conform to Seller's published technical specifications. The foregoing shall apply only to failures to meet said warranties which appear within that period of time during which the Products are installed in their original installation for the original End User and operator of such Products; provided, however, that in the event of product discontinuance, support is limited to five (5) years from the announcement of discontinuance.

3. The conditions of any tests shall be mutually agreed upon and Seller shall be notified of, and may be represented at, all tests that may be made. The warranties and remedies set forth herein are conditioned upon (i) proper storage, installation, use and maintenance, and conformance with any applicable recommendations of Seller and (ii) Buyer promptly notifying Seller of any defects and, if required, promptly making the product available for correction.

4. If any product or service fails to meet the foregoing warranties, Seller shall thereupon correct any such failure either at its option, (i) by repairing any defective or damaged product or parts of the products, or (ii) by making available any necessary repaired or replacement products or parts thereof. Any repaired or replacement part or product shall be warranted for the remaining period of the original Warranty Period.

NOTE: Special Orders, special offered products are Non-Returnable. 

Repair & Return

We have well defined RMA procedure so we can easily create, organize, process and track your returned orders. Please follow the procedure for return order.

Please write to us to get a RMA authorization number or register return request online.

Put the original packing slip in the package or make your own, including:

  • RMA number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order number
  • Model and serial number of equipment
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Write what you need if you want to exchange


Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.

Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.

Once we have received and processed your return or exchange we will send an email to notify you.

Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any return without the RMA number. The package will be returned at the sender’s expense.
