JTOPTICS offer global shipping worldwide to nearly every country across
the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa,
Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international
carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and
securely.
Shipping Fees:
JTOPTICS will not charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order.
All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered
your shipping information and selected your shipping method. Any extra charge
incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special
handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.
We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to
you on time. To ensure that each customer will receive the product on time, product
shipped according to stock availability. You can check the details for a
specific purchase on the checkout page before payment.
In-Stock Shipment
Items in stock will be dispatched from India Warehouse within 24 Hours.
Non-Stock Shipment
For customized items or items currently without stock, they will be
manufactured upon a receipt of orders to meet customer's request. You can check
the delivery time of the items from checkout page.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is determined by your shipping location, address type,
weight/size of parcel, and the delivery option you choose. You will see the
exact shipping cost on checkout page.
Shipment Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment
notification email. This email includes the carrier’s name, tracking number,
shipping date and items' details. You can click the tracking number to track
your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Damage
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged,
please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. JTOPTICS will be in
direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,
avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once get approval that damage is
caused by shipping, your sales executive will guide you how to return damaged
