7 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
JTOPTICS.COM always stands behind the quality of every product we
design and sell, and we are committed to your satisfaction. But we understand
that maybe you are no longer need the products for any reasons, JTOPTICS return
policy allows you to return them within 7 days of delivery date for a
replacement or refund as long as the products are of JTOPTICS.COM stock
products and in a new or like-new condition.
Follow the steps below to return an item:
1. Apply for RMA
2. Print RMA & Prepare
3. Attach Return Label
4. Ship It
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number through one of below two methods.
1. Follow the steps listed below to create and submit a return
request in “My Account” section, this method is much quicker.

Make sure you already
have an account on JTOPTICS.COM website and items you want to return were
ordered through this account.

Log into your account
and go into “My Orders” section. Then, search and find the order which includes
items you want to return with order number.

Click Return/Replace
button, and follow the instructions provided throughout the whole procedure.

Once you successfully
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you may go to “RMA”
section to track status of your RMA order. If the status is “Approved”, you may
prepare to return items in accordance with instructions on “track status” page.
2. You can also click here to access “Product Return Form” to
complete and submit it. We will reply you within 24 hours.
Please Note:

RMA numbers are valid
for 10 days after the day of issuance and cannot be extended or re-issued.

About the returns of
defective products, you may contact your sales specialist to get a shipping
label and schedule a pick up or prepay freight shipping.

Custom products or
custom packaging are non-cancelable and non-refundable, JTOPTICS.COM reserves
the right to authorize returns.

In some cases, if we
need more information to help us approve your return request, we will send
email to you within 24 hours.
Basic Return Policy
For defective products you purchased from JTOPTICS.COM, we offer
you return for fully refund, replacement or maintenance service at any time;
For JTOPTICS.COM stock products in new or like-new condition, we refund you
total amount of items or offer replacements within 10 days no reason to return
except those for misuse, or for any consequential damages from their use. All
products must be clean, undamaged, and completed with all manuals, accessories,
documents and packaging. The products must be in a resalable condition with
free of any non-removable labels or writing on the products or product
packaging. The products must also have a copy of the original invoice or
packing slip, as well as an appropriate and completed RMA form copy. Products
returned to us which do not meet these conditions will be subject to additional
charges or will not be processed as returns, and we will contact you to
determine how to dispose these returned items.
Custom products, custom packaging and build-to-order products in
good conditions are non-cancelable and non-refundable, JTOPTICS.COM reserves
the right to authorize product returns. All products are guaranteed to be free
of defect in workmanship or components but are not guaranteed for fit of
purpose to the application. In cases where the customer has provided a
configuration, we do guarantee that the construction of the product matches the
customer-provided specifications. Products deemed defective will be replaced or
repaired at our sole discretion. Custom products that are ordered incorrectly
may be returned for rework at a 25% or 30% restocking fee which is defined by
JTOPTICS.COM. Please realize that the turnaround of these items is subject to
our production schedule and expedite fees may be necessary to provide for immediate
repair or replacement.
kitted items manufactured by JTOPTICS.COM can be returned.
However, condition of items returned, and related packaging will be strongly
considered. Kitted items in good conditions may be subject to a restocking fee
which will be assessed at the time of the return.
Any product that involves electronic components cannot be returned
to us once opened except for manufacturing defects. Products will be evaluated
upon return to us to confirm if they are defective prior to disposition of the
RMA.
JTOPTICS.COM reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 10 days from the delivery date in some cases. Please contact us if you
make a decision to return items beyond 10 days of delivery.
Return Processing Time
Refund will be processed within 30 days after we received the
return package. We will apply a credit to your original payment method. A
credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and
billing cycle. Once completed, we will send an email to you. We do not refund
shipping charges unless we shipped wrong or defective items to you.
Replacement is usually processed upon a delivery of return
packages. For replacements in stock, you can get them within 7 business days.
For those out of stock, it depends on manufacturing and testing time and we do
best to ship them out within one week. In cases where the replacements are
needed immediately, you can contact your JTOPTICS.COM sales specialist and send
tracking number of the returned package, we will prepare replacements before
returned package arrives at our warehouse. Once our warehouse receives the
returned packages, replacements will be shipped out nearly at the same time. We
also can do cross-ship replacements at a charge, and we will apply a credit back
for the original transaction (upon receipt and evaluation of the original
goods).
Return for maintenance depends on extent of damage of items. Once
you make a decision to return for maintenance, please contact us by Email to
support@jtoptics.com or by a call which is near to your site and in our contact
list to tell every detail of the items you want to return. We will evaluate how
long a turnaround time is and if additional charge for maintenance should be
needed.
