Our installation team specializes in the installation of voice, data and IPTV applications for both new builds and upgrades of existing sites. This includes Micro-Duct & Pre-term drop installation, fusion splicing & testing, NID testing using system laser, premise wiring, NID/ONT installation, BBU/UPS (Power Supply) installation, system integration, provisioning, system cutover, in-depth customer education and documentation. In addition, we utilize a unique in-house scheduling system to ensure all subscribers are serviced in a time sensitive and efficient manner.
