The Nvidia MMS4X00-NM is an 800GBase-DR8 optical transceiver designed for high-performance networking. It supports 2x 400G DR4 channels and uses the OSFP form factor. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF) at 1310nm, it provides a range of up to 500 meters. The transceiver features two MPO-12 APC connectors and is equipped with Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM) for real-time performance monitoring. It is fully compatible with InfiniBand NDR and Ethernet standards, adhering to the CMIS 5.0 protocol.
