7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

At JTOPTICS.COM, we stand by the quality of every product we design and sell. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you no longer need a product, our return policy allows you to return stock items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the items are in new or like-new condition.

How to Return an Item

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Apply for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  2. Print RMA & Prepare the Package
  3. Attach the Return Label
  4. Ship the Item

Obtaining an RMA Number

All returns require a valid RMA number, which you can get via:

Method 1: Fastest - Through Your JTOPTICS Account

  • Log in to your JTOPTICS.COM account.
  • Go to “My Orders” and locate the order containing the item.
  • Click on “Return/Replace” and follow the guided steps.
  • Once approved, track the status under the “RMA” section.

Method 2: Product Return Form

  • Click here to access the Product Return Form.
  • Submit the form, and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Important Notes

  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and cannot be reissued.
  • For defective items, please contact your sales representative to receive a shipping label and schedule a pickup or arrange prepaid freight.
  • Custom products or packaging are non-cancelable and non-refundable. JTOPTICS reserves the right to authorize returns in such cases.
  • If additional information is needed, we will email you within 24 hours of your request.

Basic Return Policy

  • Defective Products: Eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair at any time.
  • Non-Defective Stock Items: Returnable within 10 days of delivery for refund or replacement (excluding items misused or damaged through use).

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Be free of non-removable labels or writing.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice and completed RMA form.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to additional fees or rejected. We'll contact you regarding next steps if this occurs.


Custom & Build-to-Order Products

  • These items are non-refundable and non-cancelable unless authorized.
  • Custom products returned due to ordering errors may be accepted with a 25–30% restocking fee.
  • Turnaround time depends on production schedules. Expedited service may incur extra charges.

Kitted Items & Electronics

  • Kitted items may be returned if in good condition, subject to restocking fees.
  • Electronic components are non-returnable once opened, unless defective.
  • All returns will be evaluated before processing.

Returns Beyond 10 Days

We may authorize returns beyond the 10-day window in certain situations. Please contact our team to discuss options.


Processing Time

  • Refunds: Processed within 30 days of receiving your return. A credit will be applied to your original payment method, depending on your bank's billing cycle.
  • Replacements:
    • In-stock items: Shipped within 7 business days.
    • Out-of-stock items: Shipped within 1 week, based on production/testing timelines.
    • For urgent cases, contact your sales specialist and provide tracking info for expedited replacement or cross-shipping (with conditional credit).
  • Repairs: Turnaround time depends on damage severity. Contact us at support@jtoptics.com or call your nearest JTOPTICS representative.
